CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL
by Mayor Craighead at 7:04 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Dan Craighead, Council Member Donna Fest, Mayor Pro Tem Don Butler,
Council Member Rose Tankersley and Council Member David Snyder

Council Absent:
Council Member Donald G. Coltharp

Counsel Present:
Paul Hayers

Staff Present:
City Administrator Joe Shephard and Recording Secretary Suzanne Shumate

Participants and Guests:
None

        EXECUTIVE SESSION:
PUBLIC MEETING CLOSES at 7:05 p.m.

Executive Session: (closed to the public) pursuant to Chapter 551 of the
                    Texas Local Government Code under: § 551.087: Deliberation Regarding                              Economic Development Negotiations; and Personnel Department

Receive information from City Administrator, Discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the City Council has received from business(es) that the City Council seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in the City of Seymour and with which the City Council is conducting economic development negotiations, being Cactus Juice/Mill Creek formerly Safe Solutions.

EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSES:
PUBLIC MEETING RESUMES at 8:10 p.m.

Take Action resulting from deliberations during Executive Session.

A motion was made by Council Member Rose Tankersley to file
an Unlawful Detainer Suit against Cactus Juice/Mill Creek formerly Safe Solutions,
seconded by Donna Fest.

Vote on the motion:
Passed unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion:
A Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Don Butler at 8:12 p.m. to adjourn,
seconded by Council Member Donna Fest.

Vote:
Passed unanimously
