ORDINANCE NO. 2013-05

An Ordinance of the City of Seymour, Texas, levying ad valorem taxes for FY 2012-2013, AT $.40598/$100 dollar valuation for property within the corporate limits representing a levy of .40598/$100 for operations and maintenance, noting that this tax rate is higher than the effective tax rate of .39250/$100; providing due and delinquent dates; penalties and interest; recording the roll call vote of Council and providing and effective date.

This Ordinance became effective upon its adoption
on first and final reading at the Regular City Council Meeting on September 19, 2013.
