to table this report until Chief Tommy Duncan has had a chance to complete it.

3. Discuss, consider and take action on previous request from
Dr. John Baker, SISD, for financial support in the amount of $735.00,
for tennis screens and accessories.
Mayor Reeves stated that he had asked City Secretary Conchita Torrez
to place this item on the agenda one more time for Council to review.

Motion made by Council Member David Horton and seconded by
Council Member Nan Gilbert Mathis to pay $735.00 to the SISD for tennis
screens and accessories.

passed unanimously.
4. Discuss, consider and give direction to City Staff
concerning water, sewer and trash rates.
Mayor Reeves explained that back in August of 2009, the possibility of an increase in rates had been presented to the Council by former City Administrator. Council gave City Secretary direction in providing more information from surrounding cities on their rates concerning water, sewer and garbage. Information will be presented at the February Council Meeting for the Mayor and Council to review.

Motion made by Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis and seconded by Council Member Donald Coltharp to allow City Secretary Torrez to provide additional information from surrounding cities in reference to their rates on water, sewer and garbage.
