City Administrator report, water well report and suggestions
received in the suggestion box.
City Administrator Joe Shephard stated there were no suggestions in the suggestion
box this month. The Street crew has been busy patching up pot holes. It will
take them awhile to catch up. They have also torn down two more houses this past
month.
I’ve got my class tomorrow in the afternoon in Abilene. I will be in the
office
the early part of the morning. Everything else seems to be working well.
8. Council Member announcements and
settings of future agenda
items.
Council Member Winn presented a check in the amount of $840, to the City of Seymour,
a
reimbursement that the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department received,
due to grants
that they had applied for.

received from business(es) that the City Council seeks to have locate, stay,
or expand in the City of Seymour and with which the City Council
is conducting Economic Development negotiations.
City Council may, or may not, have legal counsel present in this meeting.

The City Council met and chose to table this item. No action was taken.

Mayor Pro Tem Tankersley made a motion to adjourn at 8:07,
followed by
a second by Council Member Snyder.
