A Regular City Council Meeting was held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the Portwood Arts and Civic Center, 800 E. Morris, Seymour, Texas 76380.
Call to Order/Roll Call
by Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 7:00 p.m.
Council Present:
Mayor Reeves, Council Member Donald Coltharp, Council Member David Horton, Council Member Nan Gilbert- Mathis, Council Member Billy Henricks and MPT Sid Winn.
Council Absent:
None
Counsel Present:
None
Staff Present:
City Administrator Joe Shephard, City Secretary Conchita Torrez,
and Chief of Police Tommy Duncan.
Participants/Guests:
Heather Greenwood, John Stallings Jr, Gerald Wiles, Suzanne Syptak and Wanda Hatter.

There were no announcements from Mayor Reeves.

4. Golf Course Membership Total
Motion:
Motion made by Council Member Coltharp, seconded by Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis,
to accept the Consent Agenda as presented by City Staff.
Vote on Motion:
passed unanimously.
