2.  Conduct a Public Hearing for the annual Water Quality Report
for the year 2008, as provided to all customers in their June 5, 2009,
City Utility Bill, and as published in the Baylor County Banner as required by Texas Commission Environmental Quality (TCEQ)
on an annual basis. 
 
No one had any questions for City Staff or Council concerning Water Quality Report.

3.  Discuss, consider and take action to approve the annual
Water Quality Report for the year 2008, as provided to utility customers in their June 5, 2009, city bill, as required by TCEQ on an annual basis.

Motion made by MPT Sid Winn, seconded by Council Member Coltharp, to accept the Water Quality Report for the year 2008, as provided to utility customers in their June 5, 2009, city bill,
as required by TCEQ on an annual basis.
 
Vote on motion:
passed unanimously.
 
4.  Discuss, consider and take action to accept bid from Doyle Ray Land, on property located at 600 S. East Street, Legal Description being:
Lot 12, Block G, Reiman Addition for the amount of $300.00.
 
Motion:
Motion made by Council Member Coltharp, seconded by Council Member Henricks, to
accept bid of $300.00, from Doyle Ray Land for property located at 600 S. East Street.
 
Vote on Motion:
passed unanimously.
 
5.  Discuss, consider and take action to accept bid from Doyle Ray Land, on property located at 606 S. Tackitt, Legal Description being: Lot 10, Block F, Reiman Addition in the amount of $200.00.

Motion made by Council Member Mathis, seconded by MPT Winn, to accept bid of $200.00,
from Doyle Ray Land, on property located at 606 S. Tackitt.
 
Vote on Motion:
passed unanimously.
 
6. Discuss, consider and take action to accept bid from Doyle Ray Land, on property located at 610 S. Tackitt, Legal Description being: Lots 8
and 9, Block F, Reiman Addition in the amount of $300.00.

Motion made by Council Member Henricks, seconded by Council Member Horton, to accept
bid of $300.00, from Doyle Ray Land, on property located at 610 S. Tackitt.
 
Vote on Motion:
passed unanimously.
 
7. Discuss, consider and take action to accept bid from Dennis Flippin, on property located at 302 N. Foley Street, Legal Description being:
Lot 5, Block 43, Original Addition in the amount of $500.00.  
 
Motion:
Motion made by Council Member Coltharp, seconded by Council Member Horton, to accept
bid of $500.00, from Dennis Flippin, on property located at 302 N. Foley.
 
Vote on Motion:
passed unanimously.
