A Regular City Council Meeting was held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2009,
at the Portwood Art and Civic Center, 800 E. Morris, Seymour, Texas 76380.
Call To Order/Roll Call by Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Reeves
Proclamation regarding
Seymour Area Ministerial Alliance Month was read by Mayor Reeves.

Council Member David Horton, Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis
and Council Member Billy Henricks.

d.) Accept and approve the Certified Tax Appraisal Roll (Certified Valuations) as prepared and presented by Ronnie Hargrove of the Baylor County Appraisal District for property in the city limits of the City of Seymour and subject to the ad valorem tax for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
