at the Portwood Art and Civic Center, 800 E. Morris, Seymour, Texas 76380.

Call To Order/Roll Call by Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 7:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Reeves

Proclamation regarding
Seymour Area Ministerial Alliance Month was read by Mayor Reeves.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, MPT Sid Winn, Council Member Donald Coltharp,
Council Member David Horton, Council Member Nan Gilbert-Mathis
and Council Member Billy Henricks.

None

City Administrator Joe Shephard, City Secretary Conchita Torrez,
Code Compliance Enforcer John Byrket, Seymour Economic Dev. Director John Studer,
Chief of Police Tommy Duncan, Seymour P.D. Secretary Jo Petty, P.D. Officers Jim Blackwell, Rick Hill, Animal Control Officer Gerald Livingston and Municipal Judge Glen Moss.

d.) Accept and approve the Certified Tax Appraisal Roll (Certified Valuations) as prepared and presented by Ronnie Hargrove of the Baylor County Appraisal District for property in the city limits of the City of Seymour and subject to the ad valorem tax for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
