3. Discuss, consider and take action to accept Resolution No. 1300, adopting a written Identity Theft Program Policy, and authorizing the City Administrator to update and make changes in the policy as necessary.

4. Discuss, consider and take action to accept bid of $300.00, from
Chris Plaisance for property located at 206 S. Cedar Street, legal description being : Block 11-12, North ½ , Original Townsite.

5. City Administrator Report,
Well – Level Report and suggestions from Suggestion Box.
City Administrator Joe Shephard stated there were no suggestions in the suggestion box.
Also, a copy of the Well-Level Report by Rick Garcia was distributed for your viewing.
The Street Department has been very busy, as they have paved 13 blocks this summer.
Attorney General Greg Abbott recently issued an opinion as to whether agenda items
satisfy the notice requirements of the Texas Open Meeting Act. The catch phrase of this summary is “limited responses”. If I raise objections or answers, it will not be to deny you the answer, but to ensure we follow the law.

That is all I have for tonight.

salary at $14,000.00 plus health care.
