wearing apparel for City of Seymour departments.

Motion:
Motion made by Council Member Coltharp, seconded by Gilbert-Mathis, regarding wearing apparel for the City of Seymour departments.

Vote on motion did not pass due to (3) Three Council Members voting Against (2) Two Council Members voting For.
Vote on Motion passed by Majority of vote.

9. Discuss, consider and take action on bid regarding vacant lot located on Abstract 430, Section 117, T & NO, (1) One Acre, from Lane Sharp in the amount of $125.00.

Motion:
Motion made by Council Member Henricks, seconded by MPT Winn, to accept bid amount of $125, from Lane Sharp on property located at Abstract 430, Section 117, T & NO, One Acre.

Vote on motion passed unanimously.

Regular Meeting Ends:
Executive Session Begins at 9:00 p.m.

10. Executive Session:
Closed to the Public, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Gov.
Code under §380.001: Deliberation regarding Economic Development Programs; General
Discussion regarding City of Seymour City Park Pool.

Executive Session closes:
Public Meeting Resumes at 9:50 p.m.

11. Take Action resulting from deliberations during Executive Session.

Economic Development Department: City of Seymour City Park Pool

No action was taken.

Council Member Henricks at 9:51 p.m.
