Discuss, consider and accept bid #2009-01, received from Mr. Leon Fan, for a fifty (50) acre, more or less, tract of land situated in Baylor County, Texas, being out of the East part of Survey 89, T & NO RR Co. Survey, Abstract 417, and the West part of Survey 108, T & NO RR Co. Survey, Abstract 896, Baylor County, Texas, also being in the Southwest part of a 200 acre tract of land described in a correction deed dated September 25, 1964, and recorded in Volume 168, Page 477, Deed Records of Baylor County, Texas, in the amount of $37,500.00.

Mr. Leon Fan, for the South 3.56 acres of a 5.0 acre tract out of the
SW ¼ of Section 136, T &NO RR Co. Survey, Baylor County Texas; being the South 3.56 acres of Tract No. 7 of the Seymour Industrial Park, in the amount of $246,000.00.

to accept bid #2009-02, received from Mr. Leon Fan, for the Seymour Industrial Park building in the amount of $246,000.00.

Motion made by MPT Rose Tankersley, seconded by Council Member Billy Henricks, to allow City Administrator Joe Shephard to go out for bids concerning the City Park in April or May. The Street department is to maintain the park until further notice. Also, regarding the contract of Lee Hembree, the council approved to continue paying the remaining duration of his contract.
