Increasing research collaboration through new Regional Centers of innovation and Commercialization.
 
Matching research grants funds.
 
Attracting more top-notch research talent.

The Texas Legislature established the Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) to provide financial resources to help strengthen the state’s economy. Since its inception, more than $300 million has been awarded through the TEF.
