Conduct a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance establishing the ad valorem levy tax rate for the City of Seymour for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 at .40000/per 100 dollar valuation, which is lower than the effective tax rate of .40002/$100, representing a levy of .27554/$100 for Operations and Maintenance, with a .12446/$100 for interest and sinking, by conducting a formal ‘voice vote’ of the Ordinance.

5. Discuss, consider and take action to adopt Ordinance No. 2009-01, establishing the ad valorem levy tax rate for the City of Seymour,
for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 at .40000/per $100 dollar valuation,
which is lower that the effective tax rate of .40002/$100, representing a levy of .27554/$100, for Operations and Maintenance, with a .12446/$100 for interest and sinking, by conducting a formal ‘voice vote’,
