2007-2008 at .42674/per 100 dollar valuation, which is lower than the effective tax rate of .44471/$100, representing a levy of .26826/100 for Operations and Maintenance, with a .15848/100 for interest and sinking, by conducting a formal ‘voice vote’ of the Ordinance.
