The Electric, Water/Sewer, Police, Street, Economic Development and City
Secretary gave their respective reports to the Council.

Missie Hargrove with SFRE Golf Department and Rick Garcia with the R.O.
Plant Department, were not present at the Council Meeting.

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance, authorizing and directing the Chief of Police to remove yield signs located on the North and South Intersection of Oak and Cora Street, and replacing them with stop signs on the East and West intersection of Cora Street, controlling East and West bound traffic.

4. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance, requesting Annexation at the request of area landowners, Tim and Cheryl Smith, and extending the boundary limits on land described property within said city limits on land described on and as
Section 135 of T & NO Co., Survey, Baylor County, Texas.

5. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance, requesting Annexation at the request of area landowners, Tim and Cheryl Smith, and extending the boundary limits on land described property within said city limits on land described on and as
Section 135 of T & NO RR CO Survey, Abstract 329, Baylor County, Texas, and bounded by Parcel 20A, of the planned U.S. Highway 277, bypass of Seymour.

6. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance,
denying or suspending the rate increase proposed by the
Atmos Energy Corporation, Mid-Tex Division.

Mr. Mike Schweikhard representing Atmos Energy spoke for the suspending of the Ordinance.

Mr. Mike Schweikhard also spoke against the denying of the Ordinance.
