suspending the rate increase proposed by the Atmos Energy Corporation, Mid-Tex Division. Authorization participation in a coalition of Cities known as Atmos Texas Municipalities.


An amendment was made by City Administrator Joe Shephard, to remove the last sentence of the agenda item.
