SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

A Special City Council Meeting was held on Friday, April 27, 2012, at 12:05 noon at
301 N. Washington Street, Upstairs in the City of Seymour Conference Room,
Seymour, TX 76380.

Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance led by:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 12:10 noon.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald Reeves, Council Members David Horton, Billy Henricks,
Nan Gilbert-Mathis and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Absent:
Donald G. Coltharp

City Staff Present:
Interim City Administrator John Studer and City Secretary Conchita Torrez

Guests Present:
none

REGULAR MEETING ENDS;
EXECUTIVE SESSION BEGINS at 12:11 p.m.

City Council will convene in closed session
as authorized by Texas Government Code,
Chapter 551, Section 551.087- Economic Negotiations, regarding information received from
Steve Moffitt, Schneider Engineering.

EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDS AND REGULAR MEETING RECONVENES at 1:20 p.m.

Take Action, if necessary on item addressed
during Executive Session

No Action taken on deliberation during Executive Session.

Adjournment by MPT Winn at 1:25 p.m.
