BUDGET WORKSHOP
SEYMOUR CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 30, 2010

A Special Called Budget Workshop was held at 7:00 p.m., Monday,
August 30, 2010, at the Portwood Arts and Civic Center, 800 E. Morris, Seymour Texas 76380.

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:
by Mayor Ronald Reeves at 7:00 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Councilmember Donald Coltharp, Councilmember David Horton, Councilmember Billy Henricks, and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Absent:
Councilmember Nan Gilbert-Mathis

Counsel Present:
none

Staff Present:
City Secretary Conchita Torrez, Economic Dev. Director John Studer,
and Finance Director Mary Griffin.

Guests:
No guests present at the meeting.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Reeves.

1. City Council Members will discuss and consider budget draft
for Fiscal Year 2010-2011, as proposed by Mayor and City Staff.
City Council may direct modifications to proposed budget document.

Mayor Reeves and Council Members went over the proposed budget that
was prepared by City Staff. Several items were discussed and considered.

After a lengthy discussion the meeting was adjourned.

Adjournment:
At 9:15 p.m., an adjournment was made by MPT Sid Winn,
seconded by Council Member Billy Henricks.
