	A Special Called City Council Meeting was held on Monday, October 22, 2012, at City Hall, Conference Room, 301 N. Washington, Seymour, TX 76380. CALL TO ORDER/ ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: by Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 6:05 p.m. Council Present: Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Council Member Donald G. Coltharp, Council Member David Horton, Council Member Billy Henricks and Council Member Monty Glass Council Absent: Nan Gilbert-Mathis Staff Present: Interim City Administrator, John Studer and Recording Secretary Suzanne Shumate Guests: None Remove Tabled Item from October 18, 2012, Regular Council Meeting 1. Discuss, consider and approve Resolution No. 1357, authorizing the award of professional service provider contract for the Texas Community Development Block Grant DISASTER RELIEF Award Contract #712137. A motion was made by David Horton to approve Resolution No. 1357, authorizing the award of a professional service provider contract to Corlett, Probst & Boyd, PLLC for the Texas Community Development Block Grant DISASTER RELIEF Award Contract #712137, seconded by Monty Glass. A vote was taken and it passed unanimously. 2. Adjournment A motion was made by Billy Henricks to adjourn, seconded by Monty Glass, motion carried.
