A Special Called Meeting of the City of Seymour City Council was held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 12:00 noon at Salt Fork River Estates Complex, 448 US Hwy 283 South, Seymour, Texas 76380.

Call to Order and Roll Call:
by Mayor Ronald B. Reeves at 12:30 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Donald Coltharp, David Horton, Billy Henricks and Monty Glass.

Council Absent:
MPT Nan Gilbert-Mathis

City Staff Present:
Interim City Administrator John W. Studer, City Secretary Conchita Torrez
and Park Supt. Todd Horncirik.

Guests:
Jarod Golden and William Powell representing AAA Guardian Foundation .

Remove Tabled item from October 18, 2012, Regular City Council Meeting

1. Discuss, consider and take action on proposal
received from Jared Golden with AAA Guardian Foundation regarding SFREC building.

After much discussion regarding the cost and options of fixing the piers at SFREC,
this item was tabled until further consideration was taken by City Council.

Motion by:
Council Member Coltharp and seconded by Council Member Glass to table this
item and allow City Council to decide what will be the best option regarding SFREC.
Council has 120 days (March 6, 2013) to decide what to do.

Motion passed unanimously.

2. Adjournment by Council Member Henricks, seconded
by Council Member Horton to adjourn at 1: 20 p.m.
Motion passed unanimously.
