A Special Called Meeting of City Council was held on Thursday, November 10, 2011,
at 5:30 p.m., at Seymour City Hall, 301 N. Washington Street, Upstairs in Conference Room.

Mayor Ronald B. Reeves called
the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Council Members Donald Coltharp,
Nan Gilbert-Mathis, Billy Henricks and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Absent:
David Horton

Counsel Present:
None

City Staff Present:
City Administrator John W. Studer and City Secretary Conchita Torrez

Guests:
Sis Hammack, Brad Hammack, Myra Busby and Bill Brown

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
LED BY MAYOR REEVES.

1. Discuss, consider and take action on City’s participation
in projects that affect the entire City Hall Building.

After discussing this agenda item a motion was made by Council Member Donald Coltharp and seconded by Nan Gilbert-Mathis to table this item until more information with accurate figures was obtained. Vote on motion passed unanimously.

2. Adjournment made by MPT Winn and
seconded by Council Member Billy Henricks to
adjourn meeting at 7:02 p.m.

Vote on motion passed unanimously.
