A Special Called City Council Meeting was held on Monday, February 14, 2011, at 5:15 p.m.,
at the Seymour City Pool, located at 110 Memorial Drive, Seymour Texas 76380.

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
by Mayor Reeves at 5:17 p.m.

Council Present:
Mayor Ronald B. Reeves, Council Members David Horton,
Donald Coltharp and MPT Sid Winn.

Council Absent:
Council Members Nan Gilbert-Mathis and Billy Henricks

Staff Present:
Interim City Administrator John Studer and City Secretary Conchita Torrez.

Guests:
Danny Casillas

1. Discuss, consider and take action regarding City Pool renovations.

Mayor Reeves along with City Council were given an update on the
City Pool renovations that are taking place by Danny Casillas with Casillas Pool Service.

Several options were presented to Council regarding the pool. Tiling the pool, adding a
Kiddie Pool, change from Chlorine Solution to Salt Water System as well as what color to
paint the ledge of the pool were options that were discussed. The Pool House is also in
need of some window repairs, and painting.

After a discussion on all these items, Council chose not to take action,
and wait until the Regular Council Meeting on February 17, 2011,
to make a decision. Therefore, no action was taken.

2. Adjournment by MPT Sid Winn, seconded by Council Member Coltharp to adjourn.
